I did one cycle. In the one cycle I eventually started to feel more alert. I slept faster,but wake up way earlier"4am" But I don't feel tired as much. I seem to have more vivid dream's so I would say buy two cycles" bags" and stay consistent with 2 a day first thing in the am. See how you feel.
