Q: Can you get the stylus pen out with case on ?

Short answer... yes but... it is sunk in a bit so it took me a little practice using my fingernail to hook it. Now I can get it out quickly.

Q: Can you have a glass screen protector on while using this case?

I am not sure if you can however, I don't think you need one. This case is the best ever. I work with a shore excursion company where we do ziplining, dune buggies, snorkeling, horseback riding and this case gives amazing protection. Everyday after work I just chose it off clean and it's good to go. I have proven it with frequent drops on asphalt, concrete, salt water and mud. Not a scratch so far. It doesn't snow here in the Turks and Caicos islands so I can't say anything on that but I can say to you that with this case you don't need a glass screen protector.

Q: Has anyone actually used this case underwater to take pics? Does it hold up well?

I havent used it to take photos but i did drop this sucker in the tub a couple of times and it was completely fine.
