Great screen!
This screen was great to replace old screen that was breaking down in salt air. This screen is darker when you look through it from the outside (not quite privacy screen, but definitely better (thicker) than contractor grade). It does not look any different from inside the house but it provides a fair amount of shade too.One caution, if you have older (mid 1990s - early 2000s) screens, use the thinner spline. I started with the 0.175" and it was way harder than it should have been. I moved to the 0.125" and it was way better. The screening is still secure, but it was less work for me to put it in. The other thing I found was that the plastic splining tool was way more forgiving than the metal one. I did a screen door and three windows with this pack. I needed a second pack for the other door.

Excellent product.
This material is tough and works well as a partial sun block and small insect deterrent.

Thick which is good But hard to install in frame
Screen is nice and thick as expected. I think it will definitely help keep the sun out but since it’s so thick I had a hell of a time getting it to go into the frame. The little plastic tool helped a bit but I bet I could have saved myself a good hour if I had the real thing. Next time I’ll spend the $5 on the metal tool. I ended up using an old pizza cutter that was crazy dull. It took a lot of strength to get it in because of the thickness.

Great heat blocking!
Great product. I was looking for something to keep the direct afternoon sun out of the kitchen but did not want to install blinds. This is perfect. The counter with out the screen was always very warm to the touch. Now its now surprisingly cool. Definitely recommend using this if you do not want to install blinds. It does make it a bit darker in the room of course.

Perfect!
I wanted a screen that would cut down window glare and this stuff does the trick. Looks really durable and came with everything needed to install it. I am ordering 2 more packages since I have 6 windows to do (one package covered 2 windows).

Cheap replacement option
The screens in one of my bedrooms were brittle and falling apart. This room stays hot in the summer and cool in the winter. I was able to pop the screens out and replaced the screen itself in the metal frame. Took about 20 minutes for each screen. They look professionally done from the road and are darker than before. We can now open those windows for air flow without the fear of flying bugs coming in too. 1 roll was able to cover 2 standard size window screens.

Didn't get tool or spined rope
Missing tool and rope had to go buy them but the screen itself is nice
