Stable step
I like this step as it has different heightsVery useful for using to improve fitness after knee replacement surgery, I found it to be very stable, n the carpet. I also used it to help me get into bed when I couldn't elevate my leg enough Due to surgery., An all round winner for me.

Works fine and is as described, but now wish I’d bought a bigger one
The product is as described and has held up fine in my few weeks of usage. I would say the floor grips could be slightly better as it can slide still but that could also be the floor I’m using it on (faux wooden floorboards). No problems with the risers or jumping on it! If I was buying one again, I would get a slightly larger one as it’s just a bit narrow for some of the step moves in my classes , especially having both feet on it. Would personally spend a bit more money to have a bigger step. But it works fine!

Great value for money, a reliable & sturdy stepper
Very sturdy and easy to take on and off the height adjusters. It's a great size and the grips on the top give it a more secure feel for certain exercises, e.g. fast feet, mountain climbers etc. Each of the adjusters has rubber grips on the end which makes it very steady. I've tried it on carpet, lino and tile and it doesn't budge when training. It's also light enough that it's easy to carry around. I've used professional gym steppers and this is easily as good. Definitely a great purchase.

Annoying.
Works great when set up but - you cannot store 1 set of blocks underneath it as described, if you only want to use one set. (There are 2 sets of blocks - 4 in total).So Basically you have to use all the blocks provided (max height) unless you’re happy with a set kicking around somewhere.Also - if you have it fully set up at max height with all the blocks, and you go to move it - they fall off. It’s annoying as hell.But I will say - it’s very sturdy when In use.

Good value
Good value beginner steps, would be nice to have a couple more blocks for harder workouts and taller people. Sometimes the legs fall off when moving it too as they're not that tight.

Adaptable
Actually bought this to help my elderly mother to get in and out of our cars. The ability to change the height is a bonus and great.With have an SUV and and smaller car and she can access both with some grace and decency.
