Quality seems excellent and solves problems with no extra fan headers
If you want to build a budget rig, you have to make sacrifices. One of those is not having enough fan headers. The motherboard I have has ONE system fan header. I bought a 3 pin "Y" split, but the three pin did not have the power to run multiple fans off one header. The 4 pin molex seems to pump out more power as it has three fans running at high speed. I am no expert, but that is what happened. Not only is this adapter functional, but aesthetically pleasing if you have a window looking into your pc. Quality seems excellent and solves problems with no extra fan headers. I should have bought two more to have on hand. Great product and I highly recommend

low quality, cheap, wont last long
Unless you want a cheap, low quality Y cable, dont buy this. Nearly impossible to plug into the molex of your PSU because the pins are all uneven and bent--and if you FINALLY are able to wiggle it enough to get it connected, the wires will come loose and you will either A: short something and break your computer, or B: have your fan(s) fail and have to go buy another one. In short, don't waste your time or money; just buy another brand.

Good for strait power, not multi speed
Serves its purpose, only 3 stars because it want clear in the description that it fits a 4 pin connector but only has 2 pins, because of this it wont allow for multi speed fans to function other than full speed which is usually loud. It is good quality just not decriptive.

Works exactly as expected
What is there to say about such a simple device.I needed to hookup a few extra fans and didn't have enough ports. This product was inexpensive and seems to be well made. The black cables look nice and are easy to hide.I recommend this to anyone who needs extra fan connections and doesn't want a fan controller.

Disappointment and frustration
One of the molex pins came bent. Runs fans at 100% so even noctuas are loud. Find something else.

Easy to install, relatively quiet and lowered case temperature
Purchased to supplement factory case fan. Reasonably quiet (PC build is still under way) and dropped internal temperatures as well as or better than expected.
