My legs have become so restless in the last few months. They would keep me up at night. I thought I’d give this product a try and it has worked wonders! I’ve been using it for about a month or 2 now. The tablets dissolve under your tongue and they don’t really have a taste. I usually take mine about 30 minutes before bed and I sleep well through the night because my legs aren’t restless. One bottle is 1 month supply, the tablets are small and easy to take.

These work great for Restless leg Syndrome AND safer than the medications doctors prescribe for RLS. Sometime I have to take 3 pills instead of 2, but it works fast too. Thank God I discovered these.

I have developed terrible restless leg after being in a bad car wreck a year and a half ago. I was absolutely miserable every night and one night awake due to the extreme discomfort while the rest of the world slept, I researched OTC remedies and found these. The reviews were mixed but the overarching theme was that these do work. I ordered immediately and couldn't wait to try them. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, initially they worked using the dosage amount written on the box; however, not too long after starting them they stopped working at the 1-2 pill dosage and I had to continuously up the number I take for them to be effective and now I take 5 or more at a time. That being said, in my opinion, they are worth having bedside and I don't ever let them run out. I am now on a Rx medication but sometimes even the Rx doesn't help as much as I need (I woke up with severe discomfort around 3:00 am took 5 of these and they helped me get back to sleep quickly and I slept comfortably until I had to get up) and having these on standby for those times the Rx just isn't cutting it alone, for me, is a must.I only gave 4 stars because I do have to take so many for them to work and costs add up but they do work. I swear by them especially in a 'rescue' situation.

A couple months ago I randomly started having extreme restless legs, which is not something I typically experience. I have tried several supplements and typical OTC medication and nothing helped. I impulsively bought these one night when I couldn’t sleep and they helped immediately, when nothing else did. However, I do wish that the tablets didn’t crumble/fall apart so much in the bottle.

There is nothing worse than restless legs while you are trying to fall asleep- I also get restless arms. This product works great for me! I have purchased these several times and will continue to repurchase. Works pretty quickly- make sure you put a few under your tongue and hold them there as long as you can. Relief from restless legs within about ten minutes for me.

Great price, quick delivery. I had not bought this product before but it seems to help ok. Next time will probably go back to the regular formula instead of the PM. Easy to take. Helps most days with my dad’s severe restless legs.We have used the excellent quality hylands products for many years and love that they are a safer option in this world of pill popping.
