Just what I wanted to make vanilla Icemilk frozen! And use for baking! I love the flecks of the bean in it!

I have had other vanilla bean paste that had stronger flavor, but this is okay. It is a small tube and doesn't go very far.

I've bought 2 more bottles since the first one. I love vanilla bean paste now for all my vanilla flavoring needs! It has a lovely taste and plus its REAL, you can see the beans in whatever you're making. Sometimes I do half the paste and half regular extract..it depends. I especially loved it in my creme brulee. It would be perfect for anything else you need to flavor vanilla... ice cream, cakes, you name it. And another plus for me is I can use ebt to purchase.

I like much better than the liquid. It gives better vanilla flavor and taste.

A year or two ago, I purchased a box of 12 tubes of Taylor & Colledge Organic Vanilla Bean Paste with Seeds on Amazon. It was quite expensive, and the tubes were small, but the convenience of the squeeze-tubes outweight the cost. I could not resist buying the lot, as I use vanilla bean paste in many or most recipes, even when they do not call for it (I wear my "mad scientist hat all too often).What I loved most about this product was that, (a) the paste is organic, (b) the tubes are much more convenient than dipping a measuring spoon into a jar, which sometimes can be messy, and (c) the taste is excellent. Sometimes (or most times), I squeeze the tube in with my ingredients and guesstimate if it equals a teaspoon or two. I frequently make homemade vanilla bean paste whipped cream, and also a variation by adding 1/4 cup of Ghirardelli's Sweet Ground Chocolate to the whipping cream mixture, both of which get rave reviews from friends and family (when I have time, I will update this review with both recipes).Anyway, since I gave away too many of the original 12 tubes to friends and didn't leave enough for myself, I was happy to find this larger tube of 4.9 ounces. It is a significant size that will last much longer, and I will enjoy using it. I highly recommend this product and will buy it again.

This is super convenient but I will NOT buy again. The vanilla flavor is great in the beginning, but soon turns to an off flavor with a touch of chemical. I was really hoping this would be a staple in my pantry, but my Thanksgiving desserts had more of a funk rather than flavor. My family even asked if I took the easy way out & made desserts from box mixes... Thank goodness everything else one that day was so amazing, that desserts weren't necessary.
