amazing neck gains
only complaint which they really can't do anything about is after a lot of use it begins to wear down the Velcro starts to separate and the straps begin to fray overall 9/10 very versatile easy to store and carry can hit muscles of the neck from many angles very cost effective I've owned this for about a year and when this one finally comes apart ill be purchasing another

Works Very Well - Recommended!
I started having a stiff neck and decided that I'd deal with it just like a lot of other body parts - Exercise and Develop that part to strengthen and protect it.I got this rather than the much more expensive metal ring device that Iron Neck also sells now, and I don't feel any need to switch or "upgrade" (if that's Really an upgrade.)Along with this I got Iron Neck's 50 lb. bungee, and their Cynch Anchor. Don't be put off by the resistance number. This bungee can go from near zero resistance UP TO 50 pounds, depending on how far you stretch it.There's one technique I found very useful when pulling on a side ring or rotating my head under resistance. Use the hand opposite the side where the resistance band will pull to hook onto the hanging ring on that opposite side, securing it in place with that hand at the side of my head/face, to keep the harness from rotating or moving too much on my head as my neck and head movement pulls on the bungee. (I hope that was clear enough - it helps a lot.)I would definitely buy this again and highly recommend it. My neck flexibility, strength, and overall feel, has greatly improved.

It works but there are better options
The front and back clips are now sewn on horizontally instead of vertically like some of the pictures shown. This didn't occur to me until I started doing back head flexions and the front clip swung and slapped my forehead. Also, if you tighten everything down the chin strap will dig into your neck. Otherwise the product works fine. For the price I'd look for a head strap with vertical clips and possibly more thought put into their product.

Perfect!
Wow! Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This gear is well built, sturdy, comfortable, and fits well. It is adjustable to fit around the head. It has a smaller chin strap than most others allowing for a more comfortable chin tuck during certain exercises. The straps around the head are padded. It does not move when doing side pulls. Many rings for various exercise angles. Costs a little more than others, but well worth it. I read others mentioning the Velcro giving out over time. I guess time will tell. Highly recommend!

Neck exercises
Chin strap useless unless you have a really small head. Otherwise it works great.

All the angles
Looking to grow that thick boy look no further. This thing gets you dense if you use it right. You can buy iron neck resistance bands but reg bands also do the trick and also weights. It’s pretty easy to use the quality and being able to hook up anywhere makes it nice to train that thing from all angles.
