Adjustable and safe
These are great steps for exercising and using as a "stepladder." The various height pieces fit together well to provide a very stable experience. The platform is big enough that you don't feel like you are going to fall off if you use them to reach high objects. I bought them for sport, but then had an accident and broke my neck. They are great for helping me get in and out of bed safely and other purposes. My personal trainer had recommended them. Well worth the price.
