Inexpensive and effective.
Worked for exactly what I wanted it for.My 2 month old was very gassy. Figured we would try this since my husband is lactose intolerant. She gets one drop in the morning and one at night and it is very effective in reducing the amount of gas she has.I know that actual lactose intolerance in infants is very very rare. All I can tell you is that this stuff works for her.Yes, it’s stupid slow to dispense. Just put a syringe to the nozzle and tip it upside down to draw a drop. Works great and is spill proof.

Great customer service
Bottle was defective. It was leaking and I was going through the drops way faster than I should have been. Contacted the company and they sent replacement. The responded so quick too. I was very happy with their service.

Worked great
I bought this in preparation for transitioning my son from formula to milk. I believe it made the transition smoother than it would have been without it.

This used to be a 5 star product - now not sure if it's safe to even use!
A month ago I would have given these baby lactase drops 5 stars. They worked wonders for my baby and are the only reason I was able to keep breastfeeding. Then they were out of stock for a while and we had to try other lactase drops which left my baby gassy and cranky. I was so excited to see these back in stock in March, but when I opened the new bottle it stunk like rotten fish....I mean a really horrible smell when previous bottles had no odor at all. I thought maybe it was just a bad bottle, so I ordered another. Unfortunately, the second bottle has the same horrible smell. I am too afraid to put this in my baby's milk. Could it make her sick? I don't know what happened, or what is in these new bottles that smells like rotting fish but do not buy these lactase drops until they fix the problem!

Caused my breastmilk to spoil super fast
The dropper for this product is beyond frustrating. It takes minutes for a drop to form, then the drop sucks back up into the bottle. It takes literally minutes for a single drop to come out. We noticed that my breastmilk started to have a spoiled smell after an hour of bring outside of fridge. Today I gave my d kiddo expressed milk without these drops, and it does not have the spoiled smell 2 hours later. Hoping that the temporary lactose intolerance days are over, because I'm figuratively crying over spoiled milk.
