They fit and easy to insert in the ear.

Widex products can be relied on for quality and utility. However, it may be difficult to select ear tips of the right type and size. These were recommended to me by a good audiologist, quite familiar with Widex. They seemed a bit snug, but that was as intended, to shut out background noise. I have now concluded that I can't tolerate the snug fit--on one side it is so snug that I sometimes can't insert it properly at all, and on both sides the seal is so tight that when I remove them there is enough negative pressure to make my eardrum hurt. Accordingly, I have switched from medium to small. Again, the product itself seems great, but selecting the correct one is hard.

Not a medium by no means!! More like a XXL
They were suppose to be a medium.. But they were larger than the XL I get from my Dr. Very disappointed!!!!
