Now I bought these in an attemt to keep the peafowl out of my tomato plants, and it was a dismal fail.But I'm still giving them 5 stars because I really didnt think it would work, it was a longshot..There peacocks, there not afraid of people.5 stars because they are really very well made for the money.Stury, spin easy and look great..Now I was going to return them when the wife said, "why don't you keep them, they add a whimsy to the garden, and I'll admit she was right,, so 5 stars it is.

This is my second order - the first was 2 or 3 years ago - I bought these to see if I could keep birds and critters out of my garden beds. The reflective quality of the spinners along with the motion sensitivity seem to do the job. Most of the original order are still in use, but some have succumbed to the strong winds and the hot sun we have here. So far, this is the most effective tool I have used to accomplish my goal without causing harm to what I am trying to deter.I also like that I didn't have to put these together myself - these are pre-assembled.

These pinwheels were very easy to assemble and install on my balcony railings. I bought them with the intention of using them as bird deterrent. They spin really well and are very reflective, but the other day I saw a large bird perched just inches from one of the pinwheels. They’re not 100% percent effective for my intended purpose, but they are nice as pinwheels.

Very well made and it was all assembled upon delivery!Not only are they cute it solved my problem of getting rid of pigeons from my lana!

This was the best thing I have purchased to make my garden beautiful & get rid of the ugly crows from destroying our fruits and garden. They get scared and don’t come near.

These do not deter Canadian geese at all. I put 10 of these in front of our creek & the next thing I know, 4 families of geese & their young were in our yard. They come in through the creek since they are ground bound with their young right now & they literally walked right by these things like they were nothing.Update: Amazing customer service. The seller reached out because of my review so I’m updating this to reflect that. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent, this seller does care about their products & service. I should also say the spinning wheels are very well made so if you’re looking at these for other reasons (obviously, Canadian geese don’t care about them), you should buy them.

Affordable and work as they should. Some reviews commented that these pinwheels do not spin. Ours spin great. What we noticed is we had to turn them a certain direction so that they would get the best opportunity to receive the wind. If they’re turned slightly off, then the wind doesn’t hit them very well and they don’t spin. Too soon to tell if they’re keeping the voles and the moles out, but they look really nice in our yard. It’s not possible to tell that these are spinning in the photo, but they were spinning really fast at the time I took the picture.

9 out of 10 work well. One has a problem and doesn't spin well. Hopefully they help keep critters out of the garden.
