Not inexpensive, but very functional for quick measurements of chains and bars.
I understand this is a branded item so therefore the price will be "high", but it is of good quality, very functional and accurate enough for quick measurements and tests. It is still pretty much a flat piece of plastic with quick test gauges.Got a 3D printer? Consider custom-making something that has the same measurements built-in.

Origin of manufacture and quality. I try to buy American made products.
The bar dressing tool seems to be of high quality. Came with spare files. The bar gage is made of plastic- no surprise, seems to be sturdy enough to live in my toolbox until I need to use it.
