After over 6 months of use, haven't noticed any difference in thickening. I did taste it 3 stars because I like the brand, the smell, etc. It's a nice shampoo overall, but nothing close to any thickening. I have really thick hair, so that may be the issue. Some reviews said it works for thin hair, but I have thick curly hair. That may be the issue?? No noticeable results in my hair at all.

This product tastes like mint chocolate ice cream. I keep forgetting it's not food and drinking it in the shower lol. I start getting really sick when I get out of the shower though and like coughing and vomiting everywhere. No harm though cause like my hair is really shiny, soft, voluminous, and clean. I swear to god it also cured my baldness entirely after 2 weeks. I have the fullest head of hair you've ever seen now, no joke. It's possible that drinking it might also boost it's effectiveness but I'm not sure.
