I wasn't sure what to expect. I am pleasantly surprised! This has been a great addition to our homeschool curriculum. Very impressed.

The media could not be loaded. We are finishing up states and facts in geo now, this will be a nice book to delve further into that.

Hmmm, I guess it depends on what you’re looking for but my daughter actually loves this workbook. We’ve been homeschooling this year and she has turned out to be a geography nut so she had been asking for a workbook like this. I didn’t read the other reviews until now and it sure seems like people were disappointed in the layout but she has enjoyed the pages and does use an atlas as well. Ever seen the worksheets kids get in school? This workbook isn’t any worse than those! She’s managed to quiz herself and learn a lot from lessons. For what it’s worth—we recommend it!

One of the things I have always wanted to do was to know and understand different places and cultures. I love old maps and new maps. It is a sense of adventurer to study maps of all sorts. To know where Rivers, Lakes, Seas, Dessert and Mountains are in the world. This workbook made it possible and it is kind of fun at the same time.Young or Old like me. Enjoy!

Great workbook for homeschooling. You get great use of the computer as well looking up the maps and countries. My 13 year old has enjoyed the start of this so hopefully he will continue. It is pretty intense as far as looking up the maps and finding the correct answers. Some of the maps get pretty in depth as far as the tiniest little country!! I do like that he is having to use the computer to look up the answers because it teaches him to pay attention and make sure that he is looking at the right maps.I would recommend this workbook to homeschooling moms!

This is a great workbook! Lots of hands-on activities and information for the kids. An atlas is needed to complete most of it but it is a great entry for the kids to learn how to use an atlas and what to look for. Of all the things I bought for school this year, this was definitely the best buy.

This book does a great job of providing activities that expand a student's knowledge of geography from other important perspectives, such as history, economy, and politics.
