Dole Soft Serve Mix, Orange, 4.40 Pound

If you own an "Ice Cream Maker" please read BEFORE you order. I found this product while searching for "Homemade Ice Cream Mix". I didn't realized that this is made primarily for Soft Serve Machines. After receiving the product, you can imagine my disappointment when I couldn't find directions for homemade ice cream preparation. I e-mailed the company asking for a "fix" or a refund. The Precision Food Group immediately responded to my inquiry. They offered a refund but also sent me the directions to make this product in my ice cream maker telling me that they would give the refund if I didn't like the product after trying their directions. I LOVE IT!!! I will definitely purchase this product again.I know that $20.00 seems expensive but this is a Large bag of mix. I have made 2 or 3 - 4 quart freezers full and I have enough to make that much more. It has a soft serve, creamy consistency to it. It tastes a lot like orange sherbet but I like this a lot more than what you can purchase in the grocery store.Between the great product and the excellent customer service, I will definately do business with the company again.Remember: if you don't have a soft serve machine, e-mail the company and they will send the directions to you for how to convert the mix to a regular ice cream maker

Our family is big fans of the original pineapple Dole Whip and have tried several other flavors available at Disney World. We got a bag of the pineapple a while back, but my son wanted the orange, so I got it for him for his birthday. The cost may seem like a lot, but when you figure how much you pay for one serving anywhere you may find it and then realize this is dozens of servings, it’s a great option. We just mixed up a batch in our ice cream maker, and enjoy!

Bought a soft serve machine and mixed with light cream and water ,tasted just like a orange creamsickle

Love Dole products but think this flavor should have a touch more flavor. Great texture and value for money.

We recently bought an ice cream machine and bought this for a treat at a baby shower. It was a huge hit.

Product showed up damage and there is no return policy and no replacement policy very disappointed

We love the mango, strawberry, and pineapple. We were hoping for an orange creamsicle flavor. This orange tastes like tang. Definitely our least favorite.
