This does not, it’s for 2014 & newer GM SUV’s

Will this work on a 2019 Tahoe? It looks the same.

I believe it will work because I was very satisfied with it for my 2015 Tahoe. Look in the glove box at the RPO codes. If it lists AU3, it will work.

will my case back fit your case front?

I am not positive it will fit, but appears it would have fit the remote I replaced.
