I had never heard of it but it's great.
I had no idea what to expect from non-diastatic malt powder. I found a pretzel recipe that called for it so I got it. When I opened the package it smelled like pretzels to me so I thought this will be great. It is a great product. My pretzels were fantastic and I am excited to see what other recipes it will be included in.

Tastes Fantiastic!
I use it to make my own malted milk powder. I'm lactose intollerant and wanted some lactose free malted milk powder. So I mix it with lactose free whole millk powder (also from Amazon). Makes fantastic malts! As good if not better than the premade stuff.
