I take this seasonally to keep bees and wasps from stinging me. It works wonders. I delivered mail for 24 years and there were many instances where I was attacked by stinging insects. I am a person who attracts them for some reason. Whether it is the tone of my skin or my scent, bees and wasps will fly past three people to attack me. Taking bee pollen once a day, they still pass the same three people but get within a few feet of me and stop in midair. Love it!

So far this is really nice, it gives me a boost of energy and I feel refreshed in the morning taking it. But it makes me super hungry. Other than that I love it!

Great price for bee pollen capsules

I had allergies my whole life living in a small farm town. Sinus infections regularly too. Since taking bee pollen I'm allergy free and sinus infection free! It's so worth it. For those saying it must be local honey I beg to differ because it works fine for me. Now brand is great and a great price. Think of all the tissue paper you'll be saving too.
