Amazing Crohn's diaper cover!
Ever since I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease I've had to wear adult diapers(which are an unfortunate necessity). Ever since my diagnosis I've been searching for a product that would help my diaper stay secure while moving around. Unfortunately the latex ones are disposable and squeeze too tight in areas that shouldn't be squeezed for any man wanting to have children. My wife suggested I try some full brief panties. I was very apprehensive and embarrassed at the mention from my wife that I wear panties(I had a tough time conceptualizing them). With the constant threat in my life of having horrible accidents I told her I was willing to try anything that might help. So, she got me the right size that would fit securely over my diaper and help keep everything in place. After many years of occasional accidents I decided I had nothing more to lose so I decided to take her advice and tried a pair on and I must say I was pleasantly surprised or as surprised as I could feel considering my situation. It was amazing how much of a difference they made. They fit nice and snug and definitely help keep everything in place and have already prevented 2 leaks that definitely would've happened had I not been wearing them. They are also extremely comfortable and soft. Way better than the disposable latex ones they sell on all incontinent product websites. I know this could be difficult for some people to accept but if you're in a situation that requires adult diapers and are having problems with them fitting right don't let your embarrassment keep you suffering from leaks. Trust me, up until 3 days ago, I would've never even considered these underwear as an option but now that they've been proven to work I couldn't imagine living without them. They do such an amazing job of keeping everything in place and preventing leaks without unbearably squeezing the diaper so tightly! I will never go back to the latex disposable ones ever again. Not to mention the amount of money that'll be saved. If one pair of these last longer than a week then they will have paid for themselves. Anyone out there that suffers incontinence from Crohn's should definitely consider what I'm saying. I know it sounds ridiculous but please just trust me. I was diagnosed in 2013 and have suffered from horrible side effects since then and these underwear have definitely made me realize something valuable in my life. It's harder to deal with constant leaks/messes than it is to deal with having to wear these over the diaper. I'm definitely grateful that my wife helped me with this and has always been very helpful with my medical problems and I'm forever grateful for her! She's the reason I'm still alive and fighting! Also, I truly hope that this review I'm leaving will help someone out there that's suffering and feels alone. You're not alone! Also, never ever feel embarrassed about what a disease may force your life to become. It's out of our control and was never chosen. So, there shouldn't be any bad feelings about having to use these products. Especially if it improves the quality of your life. So, this review is an attempt, in this horrible Crohn's adventure, to try and remove some of the stigma associated with adult diapers and no longer feel bad/embarrassed for the products my disease requires. I know I didn't choose this and all I can do is live my best life and that's what I'm going to do and I'm grateful there are a plethora of products to help me deal with these unfortunate circumstances. We don't get to choose our challenges in life but we do get to choose our reaction to those challenges. ✌️Update: Nearly 3 months in and I can never imagine going back. I'm also able to say(for the time since my diagnosis)not a single diaper has failed me. These underwear are tight where they need to be and stretch to shape perfectly over my diaper without allowing the leg gatherers to stretch and be a point of failure and also without tightly compressing my crotch. I'm making another order of these to ensure I'm set for years to come!🤞I'm truly blown away and grateful that these exist!💯

Happy Apple
Who would have thought finding women's underwear that fits would be near impossible? All of a sudden, elastic doesn't stretch, fabric is thin and tears, every single brand turned to trash!Just received my order of Vanity Fair Women's Perfectly Yours High Waisted Brief Panties and am pleasantly surprised. This brand has apparently maintained their integrity: well-made, generous fit, sturdy nylon. The apple shape appears to be extremely difficult to fit because, generally speaking, the only thing "big" is your waist and tummy. Everything else, like your legs, is generally regular size. Let's face it, some aspects of getting old are just not fun! What I've found with plus size undies is that the legs can be so big, your tummy can actually hangs out of the leg opening! These briefs are very nice quality, and I would say the fit is quite accurate, so I recommend ordering your regular size. I was afraid the waistband would be too tight, so ordered a size up. While the waistband is comfortable, the fabric is a little puffy in the front and next order will be my regular size. A very nice feature of these panties is the waistband, which has the body fabric folded over the elastic, stitched with a double stitch, and reinforced at the side seam. This is so nice. These panties provide full seat coverage, so no tugging to pull the legs down, and the nylon fabric is soft and sturdy, with an almost satin finish to it. I think this is a very well-made product, with workmanship that exhibits care and integrity, resulting in quality for your money. I would recommend and will buy again.

Run a bit large and fit is a little off..
I wanted light weight breathable cotton. These checked off those boxes. After reading the reviews I did order a 6 instead of the 7 that I normally wear. And yes it’s a good thing because they do run big. After washing and yes even drying (which I normally hang to dry) they fit better. Really only a tiny bit of shrinkage.

Bigger than size chart
These are definitely granny panties. They are huge. I went by the size chart and measurements as well as size of other brands. It’s very hard to find Nylon panties with cotton crotch any more. Quality seems nice. Was hoping these would fit. Definitely high waisted. Don’t go by your measurements in the size chart. Buy at least a size smaller. Already ripped shipping back apart and difficult to try on without cutting tags, so I’ll keep and hope they shrink. Hoping not to grow into them!
