It works!
I tried EVERYTHING to get the lock nut released on my angle grinder. Every possible solution on YouTube etc. because of the wood chipping disc, which is not flat, I couldnt get any purchase on there with the supplied spanner or any other tactics or ideas available.THIS adjustable spanner did the job. It has a slightly angled shape which cleared the blooming chipping disc and after a few attempts it has finally released. So blooming pleased.

Kept going loose on me, so not the ideal replacement
Much like most things in life, you put something down and then forget where you put it, so I needed a replacement for my disc cutter "key"I figured this would fit the bill, but unfortunetly for me, using this was impossible as it didn't stay locked, just kept coming loose and opening up so I couldn't keep the pins in the holes on the cutter screw, which was a shame as value for money wise it's pretty good.In the end I gave up and binned it, searched high and low for the original handle for my disc cutter and eventually found it.Lesson learned.

Nice idea, but
Nice idea, but its is not really up to the job, not strong enough, too much movement in the pins (too much play), bought to get a cupped grinder wheel off a 9 inch grinder as a straight grinder wrench couldnt get the pins as they were too far back, i normally loosen a cupped wheel and retighten every hour or so, so it doesnt get too tight, but of course that doesnt happen when doesnt happen when someone gets the loan of it and uses it for three days non stop, i am just gonna have to make a cranked handled spanner for this as nothing seems to be out there.
