I'm trying to be more eco-friendly with my shipping. I have a small business. I appreciate that these are compostable but I can't use them. My thermal shipping labels will not stick. I even left one on overnight, it still came off with the slightest tug. Not worth my money.Update, the company got in touch with me and offered either a refund or replacement with an upgraded finish that the labels would stick to. I opted for a replacement since I use this size mailer quite a bit. They arrived yesterday and I stuck a blank label on one. It's adhering well, the corner will pull up but sticks like strong glue on the rest of the label. I'm very pleased with this new batch. I was really surprised with this company they went above and beyond to fix this issue. Thank you I'll be ordeing again.

These envelopes are fine for mailing hard items and I love that they’re compostable, but they STINK. I ship handmade crochet plushes and I cannot send them in these envelopes without the smell transferring to the item. It’s a bummer. I will be using these for any solid items I need to send, but can’t use them for what I purchased them for.

For my small business I purchased these to ship out smaller orders I would say these are absolutely more durable than poly mailers. I’ve tried tearing one of these myself and it is harder than a plastic poly Mailer you would get for pennies. So far my customers do not have any complaints on the quality of this and that everything arrived safe and sound. Great alternative to poly mailers makes your business look better for being more eco-friendly highly recommend!

The actual bags are great, the price is ok especially since it’s compostable, but it’s wasteful to have to buy so many in the same size, when most people need a few different sizes and much less product overall.An offering of the same product in an assortment of sizes and with less product would solve my problem.

I love the idea of being able to offer some sort of eco-friendly option for customers purchasing things I make. However, these little mailers are just so flimsy that I worry about sending them long distances. They almost feel like a matte film of some sort as opposed to a regular mailer. I will not likely purchase these again and instead invest in more recyclable shipping materials such as kraft mailers.
