Good for blood circulation
At night my arms had been going numb and waking me up throughout the night so I had read about using Ginkgo for blood circulation and it’s definitely helped. I take it every morning in a small amount of water along with my other supplements and can honestly say it has eased the numbness. I’ll definitely order again.
