First I got the defected product, replaced and then it's not working. 1 Year warranty but where is the service centre

Good product
It is a good product for the money paid, but there is one drawback. If you close the app while the video is being recorded, the video recording will stop. If you want to record the video, you have to monitor the app full time.

"Great Camera with Clear Video, but Needs Better Reconnect Feature"
I bought this camera for my grandparents, and I'm pleased with the video clarity it provides. However, there's an issue when there's a power cut. After the power is restored, the router takes some time to re-establish internet access, and the camera doesn't wait for the Wi-Fi to come back online. As a result, it shows as offline, and I have to manually turn the camera off and on to reconnect it. This is particularly problematic when my grandparents are out of town, as no one will be home to manually reset the camera. I hope this can be fixed with a software update. Despite this, it's an excellent camera for the price.

One camera is not working as intended
Have purchased a total of 6 cams out of which one latest purchased is not working well.

Bad product waste of money.
Very very very useless camera. It sayes that it can support upto 128gbs of storage capacity but when the card is used only 50gbs of space it stops the recording yet it still remains more then 60gbs of storage. and the power on also takes time. Bad product. Every time I have to remove the sd card to even turn it on and even then it does not save recording. I have to format sd card every 5th day and that's so frustrating.Worst product ever. Wastage of money.
