Q: Does this melt to preserve leaves

It melts to a clear liquid and sets to a opaque white, so you could coat leaves with it but whether you would get the effect you are looking for I don't know as I've only used the wax for batik. .

The answer depends on how big the candle is that you make with the pellets.

Q: Is this not going to be clear transparent when dried ?

No, its translucent as in the description. Its candle wax as in, White candles.

Q: Can I use this on sticking wooden drawers

You could do but it wouldn't be easy to apply. Better using a wax stick / candle.
