Does not cover toes. Stops midway t toes. Almost full coverage with steel toed boots.

Q: Although these are rated for poisonous snakes, how well will they holdup to a Burmese Python which has multiple teeth?

Seeing as how venomous snakes would be biting you with two sharp points, and the python is biting you with a row of teeth with a wider surface area it should be more than adequate at stopping a Burmese python bite.
