Is this works for 53inches trailer?

A 53 inch trailer? That would be a little over 4ft long. If you really have a 53 inch trailer I would say yes it will work just fine. I used mine for a 16 ft concession trailer attached to a quad cab truck and it worked amazing. Now if you actually have a 53 foot trailer I can not comment because I do not know, that seems very long like a semi trailer. Sadly we lost the trailer, truck and camera in hurricane Ian.

I have the handy 7 magnetic camera. Where can I buy the extra cameras to use with the same monitor?

Does it have a port for Adding x1 battery ?

There are port that can be used with X1, but please note that the waterproof level will drop when used together. Please remove X1 when it rains.
