for some reason doctor suggested my mom hot and cold therapy for her knee, so i gifted her this reusable hot/cold gel pouch and she is very happy as it is so convenient to use and easy and safe as well. it definitely does what it claims. overall happy with this product.

Out of the three compartments of the gel, only 2 of them freeze. The 3rd one remains liquid and doesnt freeze which defeats the purpose of buying a belt with 3 gel packs.Its easy to use and quite effective except for the above issue

Am using the product since sometime now… it does its work but the gel freezes and becomes hard like ice.

The three separate compartments are really great, which means you can wrap that around your arm or leg quite easily.The straps/velcro do not stay on by themselves, but they are great to use for holding it in place (with your free hand)
