Q: Is this hat warm enough for cold storage workers?

Not sure in extreme cold, but the advantage to this hat is it covers the ears. So full coverage.

Q: Would this fit a guy with a large hat size? Is it stretchy?

It does stretch to fit a large head. I have trouble finding hats that fit and this one does. My only complaint is that the back leaves the neck exposed. And sometimes it will ride up if I am bent over looking at something. For just going out and about it is very good.

Q: I'm trying to find one of these for my 8 year old son. I'm assuming this one will be too large and the other one is for Toddlers. Any suggestions?
