I just started taking this 5 days ago. I do not mind the taste. I add a tablespoon to my coffee in the morning & then take another in the afternoon. Right now, I feel good. I would say I do not feel much different except my stool is softer.

I haven't taken it long enough to know the effects. However, I have some other comments to share.The elixir is very sweet tasting from the vegetable glycerin which is not for me.The instructions are 1 tbsp, 2-3 times per day. This is 24 servings in a 12 oz bottle.

Sweet taste and can be mixed many different ways. It's too expensive as a product and little noticeable health benefits observed while on an anti inflammatory diet.
