Excellent Parm!!! Wonderful nutty flavor, mild salt, good after taste. Shipped from italy arrived quickly and in great shape. I liked it so much I turned around and ordered more. Some for my friends

I would buy smaller amounts
9 lbs is a massive amount, I usually buy 2 lbs. Great package came in a cooler with a ice pak. I am going to keep them vac sealed, cut a chunk to use and keep it wrapped in a cloth moistened with cider vinegar.
