I've been using this fan during the recent heatwave, and overall, it's been a pretty good buy.It has three speed settings, which is great because I can adjust it depending on how hot it is. The airflow is strong enough to make a difference, especially on the highest setting.That said, it is a bit noisy — not broken or anything, just the sound of strong airflow, which might bother some people if you're looking for something whisper-quiet. Personally, I don’t mind the sound much; it kind of blends in like white noise after a while.The fan is portable enough to move from room to room, but it's not exactly feather-light — it has a decent bit of weight to it, which I actually like because it feels sturdy and doesn’t tip over easily.Overall, I would say it’s great, it gets the job done and has been a lifesaver in this heat.☀️⛅If you're okay with a little noise and want something that feels solid, it's a good pick.

Good quality fan, quick and easy to assemble, decent noise level, no perceivable whine or rattle even on max speed, airflow is quite good so it provides decent cooling. Overall, at £20 I think it’s a very good fan for the price.

Works as announced, good value for money

Wow! I’ve been using a 6” fan for 7 years but it started making a weird noise, this one is so good, especially in this heat. The white noise sends me to sleep, it’s not a loud noise, good purchase! I use a van all year round at night time, like the freshness in my room

Fan is decently quiet and powerful. Can't understand why there is a very small nut and bolt to put into the bottom of the fan covering unless it is because the left hand inner fan plastic bolt comes undone, which it does occasionally and the fan then rattles. Because of this, another cover clip would have been much more beneficial and customer friendly! Without using this nut and bolt, the fan cover doesn't pull together and rattles anyway. Ended up using a paper clasp on the bottom of it which works well. So, can't give this 5 stars because of the build quality. But the Fan speed and operation is first rate!

Build quality:Works excellently. I would recommend and would definitely buy again. It's is a very strong fan that can instantly cool down a room. Brilliant for extreme temperatures. It is also very sturdy; I have knocked over the item several times and it didn't affect the function of the fan or caused it to dent for snap!Fan power:Very strong. If you are only using it for a bedside, it might be too strong. However to cool down a room, it works exceptionally. Why did you choose this product over others?:

I hate this fan. The speed ramps up and down by itself and makes an inconsistent noise when it's not reciprocating ( i think the reciprocation mechanism is straining the motor ) and it rattles and squeaks when it is reciprocating. Miserable product how do you manage to mess up a simple fan. Avoid.
