I really like this magnesium. I used to but Kal brand until they changed it. Almost every brand requires at least 4 capsules to get 600mg, some to get only 400mg. But, this brand only requires 2 capsules and it works very well.I highly recommend this product.

Product works great but they are strong and effective. Very good brand with quality.
