I was very skeptical. I have spent 1000’s of dollars on supplements & vitamins like this that did not help me at all. This I noticed it working from the very first pill. Don’t take at night unless u want to be up all night lol like I did the first night. I took as soon as it arrived 6pm to be sure it wasn’t gonna make me sick. And it did not! Usually I’d crash by 1 in the afternoon but with this I feel great all day. No crashing. I’ve only been taking it for 3 days so I’ll update this in a month. But I can’t say enough about it so far. Just give it a try. This is a must. I’m a 45 yr old female going through pre menopause and omg I’m over it lol. I also have breast implant Illness and I’m waiting to have them removed. These help A LOT. No more fatigue, no most feeling exhausted 1/2 way through my day, I feel like I’m finally starting to balance my system back to where it should be.
