Good draining and angled right
This is such a small thing but these three little spoons have helped me out a lot. If you need to drain things you spoon out of jar this is an easy way to go. Why did I wait so long? Nice angle, kind of like a Chinese soup spoon.

Great spoons for getting into pickle, olive jars and any small item you dont want any liquid from. Easy to clean in sink or washer. Good choice. Great buy, price is right.

If necessary for eggs, not so much for spherification.
The gaps in the spoon should be somewhat larger because for a spelling, that is required, but it is a good product since it is made of stainless steel.

Awesome spoons
You'll love these to get olives, hot peppers, and anything like it out of tight jars. They do so much more and the handle serves as a hook too!!!
