I am a small woman. I have recently been diagnosed with thyroid issues. That has caused me to lose weight as well as my appetite. It is very hard for me to hold on to my weight. I have the diet of a six year old. I don't like vegetables or fruit. I have tried other liquid drink supplements. I couldn't take the taste as well as the long lasting after taste. This drink is absolutely delicious. It is thick and creamy with none of that vitamin after taste. Of course it is far too early to claim it helps me maintain or gain weight but it has wonderful nutritional value. It was a great value and I really really enjoy the taste.

Excellent product for high calorie needs. I have a chronic lung infection that requires high caloric intake to maintain my weight. I use one container in the AM to jump start my day. I add an equal amount of Almond Breeze and iced coffee. Not only is it delicious, with the exception of my probiotic it offers a significant supply of vitamins and nutrients. It is somewhat pricey for my income, but worth it.

These drinks will absolutely help you gain or maintain weight. If you drink 1 - 3 of these a day on top of your regular diet, you will definitely see results.The strawberry tastes the best hands down. I typically like chocolate drinks, but the chocolate tastes gross. I couldn’t really drink those honestly, but strawberry actually tastes decently good. They taste best cold, but room temperature is fine too. They smell fine too. Smells like strawberry milk.These are pretty high quality drinks. They’re packed with vitamins and have plenty of protein and fat in them for gaining/maintaining weight.Ideally if you’re trying to gain weight, 3 of these a day will do it as long as you stay consistent about it. If you’re only trying to maintain I’d only have 1 or 2 a day. I believe the recommended limit is 3 a day because they have so many vitamins in them.I managed to out back on over 30 pounds this year with these drinks. (Unfortunately I haven’t been able to stop drinking these things now and now I’m just getting fat lol we will see how far this goes)Oh one small thing I noticed is that if you drink 1-2 of these quickly I get sleepy. I don’t know why.

I have had trouble gaining weight my whole life and it is really hard to find high calorie drinks that actually show results but I decided to try this since it’s the highest calorie drink I can find. I actually really love the taste of it compared to others. I have only tried the chocolate and I really like it because it is a smooth, mild chocolate flavor. I will say, it is a very very thick consistency. I personally like it but I know that can bother a lot of people. It takes about two months of drinking 1-2 a day for me to see any results. Because of the price and how often I have to drink it, I had to stop buying it. I’m giving it 4 stars because I truly do love the product and found it helpful in my weight gain journey, but it is just too expensive.

As a person how has a hard time swallowing solid food. Getting a healthy meal is hard task. The drinks help provide that. With 530 calories high protein that help this patient maintain weight and nutrition. Tastes alright a little thick but they make fell full so that's a plus. A little expensive but where you going to get these calories in such a little package. I say give em a try. 😍

I have been drinking this for years to maintain my weight during my health issues. It has a good flavor and is easy to stomach at 8oz. The only negative I have is the sugar content is slightly high but getting 530 calories in such a small drink would be difficult without.

This is a wonderful product!! all 24 drinks equal about 3+ pounds worth of calories. If you need to put on weight for any reason, this will get it on fast. If you mix half water and half shake, it comes out much better and not as thick. The only problem is it cost too damn much. So if you need to put on weight buy this product four or five times and that will get your weight up probably 10 pounds with a good meal plan which you can easily get on ChatGPT for free. If you’ve had a health issue like I had and lost weight at a rapid rate this is the way to get it back on.

*update*I am updating my review and lowering the rating from 5 stars to 1. The bad rating is directed solely towards the seller. The product itself is great. I’ve been successful at putting on weight in a short amount of time by drinking 2 a day, which adds up to an extra 1000 calories. Because of this I was going through the entire case about every couple weeks. These calorie shakes aren’t cheap but was still doable and this seller’s pricing was on par with other online sellers. But I noticed that every time I went to place another order, the price would be significantly higher than from the previous purchase. My first purchase was around $55. Second purchase was around $65. Third purchase was around $75. I just came here to place another order and now it’s $95! Because of this, I will no longer be purchasing from this seller again.*Note to seller- stop being greedy and ripping people off that need high calorie shakes for their health. It’s not a good look and you’ll lose customers.I just received my Nestle Boost yesterday so I haven’t had it long enough to see if this will help me. I’ve always had a fast metabolism so keeping weight on can be challenging, and I lost a ton of weight when I got Covid a year and a half ago. I’ve fully recovered but ever since, food never tastes right to me anymore and eating is not very enjoyable anymore so I have been having trouble putting weight back on. I’m hoping this will give me enough daily calories to help with that. I haven’t been using this long enough to see if this will work but I am giving it 5 stars for now because of the taste. I was worried that it wasn’t going to be palatable because of the taste/consistency, especially when I saw the color of it. I got chocolate and the color was grey and it looked like wet cement lol. But I was pleasantly surprised that it was fine and I am able to drink it without any taste or texture issues. I do pour it in a glass of ice before I drink it
