The metal ice scoop is decent but not quite what I expected. The quality feels thin, and it’s not very strong—you wouldn’t be able to chop or break ice without it bending or denting. It’s also on the smaller side; I expected it to be a bit bigger. That said, it does get the job done for basic scooping tasks.

Great scoop for ice cubes!
This is the peerfect size for filling a drinking glass with ice. It's probably more sanitary than reaaching into the ice bin. Can't believe we didn't get one years ago. Love it!
