Good product for starting artists
Quieter comparison to other machines I’ve used in the past! Great starter kit! Plenty of ink, needle for different shading! Great value in price for the parts it came with!

I was honestly worried about the quality due to the cheap price but I’m very satisfied. So many ink colors and the machine was nice and easy to use.

Things to know about this excellent kit
Comes with 1 transfer sheet, 1 skin, ink, needle cartridges, power supply, pedal, tat pen and cable for the tat pen.I’m more familiar with coil and rotary guns just an fyi this is my first time using the pen and I love it. Below are some things to keep in mind and to trouble shoot the cable that connects to the pen.1. The tat pen is excellent, low in noise. Easy set up, easy cleaning, easy maintenance.2. The RCA Cable that connects to the pen kept going in and out of power. This was happening because of the copper housing around the node that goes into the pen was losing grip and not making full contact. I adjusted the copper housing inward just slightly to give it a firm fit. You can use needle nose pliers or a hard surface to gently apply pressure to bend it into place and that solves the connection problem.2. Pedal is light duty but is great for the starter kit and works as needed. Don’t go stomping on it because you’re having issues. Take a step back and evaluate the set up, tinker around and make sure everything is connected properly.3. Ink is great for practice. I wouldn’t use it on myself or anyone else other than practice. Invest in better ink if you want long term quality for actual tatting. I’m the kind of person that doesn’t like to go back and fix mistakes. I prefer it is done right the first time. So it’s up to you if you wanna FAFO with practice ink.4. The skin is pretty thin. Don’t go practicing on it on a wooden surface. I recommend getting a green cutting mat to work on as a barrier and also getting some thicker skin to practice on. I practiced for a good hour to get the feel of the gun and it went right through the skin and tatted my cutting mat. Mat didn’t tear or rip the ink just went through. So if you like your desk, table or what ever you’re practicing on keep that in mind.Hope this helps. I give this 5 stars and recommend. Just be smart about it.

Great for desecrating toys, and someday people
I have absolutely zero professionally training with a tattoo gun. I have over 20 years of being an artist, but that's not really relevant beyond knowing how to draw. That being said this is incredibly simple to use.My only gripe is not having more thorough instructions to better understand safe settings for actual tattoos. You can fumble your way through it for sure, but if I ever tattoo an actual person it'll take a lot of learning that the provided manuals just don't cover (with good reason, I suppose, but some more transparency would be nice). We just wanted to be able to tattoo the fake Labubus we bought from sketchy websites, knowing they would be weirdly misshapen. Now we can. We can also tattoo weirdly misshapen, and normally shaped, people too if we really wanted to.The items in the kit could also have better explanations. Like, I know why there's bandage wrap because I have a lot of tattoos and have seen how it is used in a shop. If I hadn't experienced it first hand though... I might think if was for would treatment. The practice skin is also pretty thin which could cause some kick back if you didn't set the needles short enough. Those are pretty small things though. Compared to the size and easy handling, plus the price, it's a pretty good deal. Even if you have absolutely no point of reference like me.

Great Machine!
Great Machine, I am an upcoming Tattoo artist and have been doing work with this machine with satisfied clients and surprised that it works well. Results are good, to know there are other machines that are more advanced and have more to offer. As a beginner and to get a feel for this tattoo machine works well.

Good starter, not for the long run.
You get what you pay for, not to say it is a bad setup. First time tattooer I was able to get about 20 tattoos done with about 9 shaded on fake skins, did two on real skin with zero issue in regards to function and operation. Had great consistency, and zero issues with the actual pen itself or any of the content that come with the pack, EXCEPT- I just got done with about half of my first self "test" with a bigger piece, and the power supply completely stopped working. No different outlet would help, and it didnt get wet or dropped. It just stopped, so I assume it was because I had used it for too long and it got warm. So that being said it is an amazing first starter pen to help you get your foot in the door like I did, but do not buy this expecting it to last in the long run. Would still suggest to new tattooers alongside this piece of review.

Portable, ergonomic, and compact
My coil machine broke so I bought this one to replace it. Big upgrade. The needles let me see how much ink is left so I know when to dip it in more ink. The gun is very ergonomic and easy to control, and the noise is quiet. It feels like I am drawing on paper with a pen. I dont know exactly how to put this but the tattoo gun feels... gentle. Like, it is smooth and quiet. Switching to a rotary was an easy transition, I did 1 small fake skin design and instantly got the hang of it, then proceeded to tattoo myself with 2 different designs. This tattoo machine is easier and more enjoyable to use than my old coil machine. The power box allows precise control of the voltage. The box that everything comes in is small and portable. The power box, tattoo gun, tattoo gun cord, power cord, and pedal cord are all nice and compact, small, and streamlined.
