I would have never believed such sound could come out of such a small package. Even at max volume (which is very loud), clear and crisp highs and thundering bass with no distortion. Linked two of these and sounds like a full size stereo system. Excellent stereo separation, a real pleasure to listen to and you can take them anywhere. Construction seems solid and durable and the batteries last longer then I do.Update: Lowering this review to three stars from five. Although everything I said above is true, when you link two of these together, the paired speaker breaks up at random and then they both wink out and come back. Then they are OK for a bit and the cycle repeats. I have tried everything I can think of to make the sound reliable but no joy. Tech support is apparently not a thing. I was so pleased with them too but this is very disappointing. Using one speaker is great but I sure was enjoying the full stereo effect of two. Curious if others are having similar issues.Another update for anyone following.. After weeks of experimentation the problem I was having was not product related. Something weird with the wifi that caused these to break up only when paired. So.. happy to put this review back up to five stars.

VERY Impressed. Built to take punishment, like outdoor activities. WaterResistent but not WaterProof. The Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. It seeks on it's own and connects quickly. Never disappointments. The two woofers are super bass. Can do a 500 sf. room easily. The peculiar thing is the sound is louder and clearer when you turn it facing the wall. Full charge can take up to 90 min. from (no power) condition. Minutes if you're topping up. Looks great. very happy.
