Help in case of emergency
It is surprisingly convenient to use this equipment in an emergency. The battery's standby time can be as long as a year. Even if you forget to charge it, there will be power available for emergency use.

Convenient and easy to use
It would be nice, though if they could learn how to make it out of better quality materials that we know are going to last so if they could make it out of real metal. Instead of that fake plastic, that would be really great, especially for the price that we're paying for it. Kind of feels like it's made out of the cheap China. Plastic, and it's as very disheartening. Because you pay for something and you know you want it to last a long time. That's the whole purpose of having stuff like this is because you want things that are good quality and collast. I believe your company could do way better with providing better quality materials. Especially on all the bits that should and need to be metal. I just don't see how this is gonna hold up over time. No it it feels like it would be very easy to crack if I accidentally stepped on it or something. Sorry bit it needs to be way better quality.

Pump not strong enough.
If you're hanging a bag and relying on gravity to push water through the hose (which defeats the purpose of purchasing a water pump) -- we put water in a bucket and thought the pump would pull the water up and pump out--- not at all. It barely worked after being fully charged. It was literally useless. I wish I had tested it before going camping.

Would buy
The only negative is the shower head doesn't have an on/off switch. If you want to conserve water you have to turn the battery on and off. Water pressure is nice but I've only had it for a month. My last one lasted me 2 years so I'm hoping for the best.

Missing Critical Parts
I received this product, excited to use it for the weekend and it seems I’ve been sent a used one, even when I ordered a brand new product. The parts all have scratches and clear signs of use.What makes it worse, is that it’s missing the usb charging cable, rendering the already messed up product completely useless. Very disappointed.
