does a 3.5 slot 4090 gpu fit in the EATX frame?

The PCIe mounting brackets are screwed into the frame's upright to match the height of the PCIex16 slots on your motherboard. On my No-name ZX-DU99D4 motherboard, the x16 slots are about 55mm apart, and the lower slot is 120mm from the bench. So you should be fine with a single GPU, or if installing the 4090 in the lower slot. See attached video. I've also shown the right hand side of the board so you can judge whether a long card will interfere with SATA connections etc.
