I got this mix to use with a new electric crepe maker I have. It’s tasty and easy to make. I would buy this brand again.

We have purchased product several times. Only issue is the price going up like everything else!

My son was so excited to use his new crepe maker. This powder worked great. He used it to make sweet crepes with Nutella, strawberries, and bananas and savory crepes using cheese and ham. They both tasted delicious.

So, easy to whip up some crepes with this mix and it tastes really good. Disappointed that it doesn’t come in a larger size as you have to use a whole cup to make exactly 8 crepes. I think there may only be maybe 4 cups in a can. So, little expensive for the amount you get.

I was afraid to make these but thought I'd try for our family Christmas brunch. That way if I made a mess of it, there would be other foods for everyone to eat for breakfast. It was so easy and turned out really well. Everyone loved them! FYI... there is enough dry powder mix to make the recipe three times. Enjoy!

As long as you use a good pan, these are super easy to make. You can control the thickness by adding or subtracting a small amount of the water and how you coat the pan with the batter. They are great as is for sweeter crepes. I had a little strong herbs ( rosemary, basil or cilantro) to the batter for more savory crepes.
