Chain fell off!
Had this pen for one day and the chain came off the top of the pen, there is no way to access the inside of this bit to fix it and so I am left in the same situation as before I bought it...someone stole the pen :(

Annoying! Inadequate design.
Returned item. Pen not secure in holder. Slightest jolt and the pen falls out of the stand. Not fit for purpose. Hole too shallow to support pen.
