It was very easy to install, came with PTFE tape and spare plastic thingies (don't know how they are called). I am really happy with it. I live on rental so can't do permanent improvements so with this I attached the old shower head and my new hand set and works like a charm and can remove any time! It's sturdy, doesn't leak and water pressure stayed the same.

Ideal piece of kit. Feels well made, looks good and does the job.The movement is smooth from one position to the other. in the mid-position both outlets flow (i.e. there is no centre off position). I'm using it to connect two shower hoses to one outlet and it does the job perfectly.You can tell from the picture it's not a full bore valve, but the flow through it is good enough that it doesn't notice on a handheld shower.

Received yesterday and had it installed within 15 minutes. Works fine with no discernible reduction in flow, even though I have a gravity fed Mira Shower unit. It states that there are 3*washers in the package, but this is wrong. I only received one, which was a clear washer with a diameter too big and thick for the female recess connector to Mira water supply unit. Fortunately I had ordered a Shower Hose at the same time, which came with an extra two washers. These were the regular sized black ones, you would normally see in half inch shower hose connections and they fitted perfectly, with no leaks. Hand tightened, it works fine ( with Black Shower Hose half Inch Washers ), no need to tighten with tools. I suspect maybe anyone trying to connect it with the supplied washer may have leaks as this is what happened when I tried at first to connect it. I have dropped a Star for this, as it can be misleading for buyers. Would still recommend this product, as long as buyers are aware of the Washer issue and ensure they have the appropriate Washers at hand or purchase them. I bought this to add a second Shower Head so I could leave the original Shower Head in place.

Easy to install, easy to use, no leaks - all good.

The look and feel of this device is of a high standard. It came with either two or three washers (I may have got parts muddled) and a small roll of PTFE tape. I found that the flow rate was significantly reduced through this diverter, as can be understood by seeing that the water has to pass through a small hole inside of the 1/2 inch connector (see photos). The straight through connector had a hole with diameter of about 5mm and the right angled one was about 6mm in diameter.Your experience with pressure and flow rate will vary as it depends on the overall impedance of your plumbing and the initial water pressure. I performed a simple measurement though on my shower using the straight through (smaller of the holes) connector with my shower head. I compared it to a competing product which I also bought (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BCFNL4S4). It took 24 seconds to fill a container (approx 1l) using the present product and only 17 seconds using the alternative product (which is basically a T piece with a separate valve on two ends). I didn't compare to having no diverter.I think this is a bad design, even though the finish is nice and the valve moves in a nice way.

Easy to fit, looks good and smooth easy operation.

Very useful product. My wife wanted a second hose in shower to wash hair whilst also having overhead shower head on. Works perfect for this giving two outlets instead if the one that was on the shower. Be careful to leave in the centre position (both outlets open). If not then you will get a blast of cold water in shower when you try to switch shower head before the warm water comes through.

I bought this due to not being able to find a Cooke & Lewis brand replacement. This was very easy to install & highly recommend this for a replacement. But having said that, I did have to also purchase a 1/2" inch thread pipe connection male x male screwed nipple to attach to the shower. Once all setup & fitted, both main shower head & hand held shower head worked a treat.
