a convenient source of cinnamon

I was hopeful for these tablets but as I have difficulty swallowing I did have times when they struggled to go down and I also developed bad acid reflux which may or not be down to the cinnamon but I've stopped this one for now to see if it resolves..Purchased to help with glucose but sadly didn't notice any difference although I may have needed to take them much longer..Posted photo to show size and consistency..Think there is a coating but wasn't enough for me and the shape made it more difficult to swallow than capsules..However I do think they are a decent brand and very ok for those who don't have swallowing difficulties
