Fantastic shower.
Astonishing value for money.The shower works brilliantly. Plumber had no problems fitting it was was as impressed as myself with the unit.There are a few cost cutting items like rubber hoses on the inside. But you don’t see those and they work just fine.The water fall cascades nicely, the spray head works really well and the hand held shower and foot tap are very handy.The body sprays work just fine for my system with is a pressure pumped system. But a gravity fed system might not have the head pressure to fully work the body sprays.Finish and fit are excellent. I’d have happily paid more than twice the cost for this unit.

This is a very good shower
This is the second unit like this we have bought. It delivers a very good shower and looks amazing. My husband is a qualified plumber, he likes the fittings on this shower unit, and the water comes off the mains, so gives good pressure. He is fitting it with a 1100 x 900 shower tray and screen

Good for the price. Internal part was damaged on arrival though and needed replacing
Looks like metal but isn't - made from plastic. Reasonable for the price, does the job, looks great. The internal tube that connects to the water outlet was damaged on arrival though, so we had to replace that with the tube from our old unit - only downside really. Been under use for the past month and no problems encountered yet, so happy with the purchase

You probably won’t get a refund if not satisfied.
Product not as described so returned.Payment was taken immediately but after numerous phone calls, only one answered, and texts still no refund.Appalling customer service. Buyer beware.

Great Product Easy Install
The shower arrived two days earlier than expected. It is very light weight but good quality. The installation is very easy with a guide. The pipe work comes with little twisting plastic assisters which made linking up to main pipework easy (nice touch). The shower is very powerful and all features work very well. Really happy with it.

The replacement is working well and is a lovely shower and looks great.
I purchased this shower column in December 2017 sadly it developed a fault after 5 months so I had to return it - however the customer care team were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The replacement is working well and is a lovely shower and looks great.
