This is one of my favorite supplements I always have on hand since first use about 5 years ago.If killing off internal bugs w herbs or IVR/FenBen, this will absorb all the gunk and sweep it out. I take it 6-24 hours after kill off dose. I would never try a cleanse without it, it's a noticeable support and superior product to any comparable "binder".Eat something bad like tummy ache after crab legs? Take two and you are good to go. I use for my older kids often in any such upset stomach situations.

This is a whole recommended diet regimen. Strict - no gluten, no dairy, no sugar for 4 weeks for proper results. You might get foul tastes in your mouth... might be pretty rough, but seems to work.

If you’re in the supplement game you know binders are crucial for getting that bad shtuffff out of ya! I really like this binder it was gentle and effective. Also the packaging is great. All around seems like a great quality product!
