Absolutely on probems
This is my second 830 G5 off of Amazon. Both have performed as expected. I bought a battery for my first unit and installed more memory. This unit's battery stayed fully charged for nearly 4 hours before I got the warning to plug it back in. I don't do any really extensive processing. SImply day trading and playing video. One unit is for me to take to work so that I can watch the markets and home cameras. The second unit is tied to my TV 24/7 so that I can play movies from my extensive library. Both are used every day; several hours per day. If you looking for a decent laptop don't pass this buy. The price is so so so good.

This product did not work.
Product showed up with no damage to packaging (all 4 layers) but the screen would not turn on. The lights on the keyboard and sides worked but no display on screen.We waited several weeks and really needed it to work by the time it arrived. Amazon lost our business on a laptop and the warranty because by the time it arrived we had only a few days before my son required a working one.

I bought this as a backup and travel laptop for work. I upgraded it to Windows 11 which took no time at all.Backlit keyboard is a plus. So far, no issues at all with this purchase.
