6 months and broken
I have been using this battery for six months and it is no longer charging. Amazon customer service was unable to provide any guidance on how to get it repaired, and the manufacturer keeps referring me back to Amazon. This is unacceptable for an item that costs 400 pounds.

No Bluetooth after 5 months
Very expensive battery and after 5 months the Bluetooth has stopped working.Amazon won’t replace it but will get it fixed which means my car won’t have 24 hour protection for about 2 weeks.

No more power downs
Wanted to keep my blackvue powered up as it was forever shutting down using power magic pro.I hardwired it to a switched connection and ground as instructed really easy to do.Only had it in one day and it is working perfectly this is the latest battery from blackvue and yes at £400 might be considered expensive but you get what you pay for.I would recommend it and when hardwired a 30 minute drive is all is needed to fully recharge.You can see how much charge is left when connected to the blackvue app as well.
