I bought one of these clipboards and it was plastic and very cheap so I sent that one back. Then I bought this metal one and found it to be very useful, weather resistant and strong. I’m glad I made this purchase.

I love this clipboard! Only thing I was was easier was opening and closing it seems to go from super tight to super loose, no in between. BUT I will say, it is a great clipboard, 10/10 would recommend for clinical, I just couldnt justify 5 stars, but it is super close

Perfect for inpatient rounds. Glad I have somewhere nice to hang on to patient lists and labs.

I bought this folding clipboard when I realized another so-called nurse's "pocket" clipboard wouldn't actually fit in any of my pockets. I loved that I could carry this hands-free in a pocket-- very handy in clinical rounds when I have a lot to tote around (blood pressure cuff, thermometer, and so on...)I don't know how the information to include on the stickers (which you have to apply yourself) is chosen. Some of it is not often used, while data I WOULD use is not included. I never refer to the stickers at all.That said, the stickers started unpeeling at the corners almost from day one. I'd press them back on and they'd just start to peel again. This is not from any mishandling or environmental factors; they're just lousy stickers.You can't put much paper in this clipboard or it's difficult to impossible to fold. A few sheets and that's it. That makes it less than useful when I need to go from patient to patient with their records, assessment forms, or what have you.Lastly, it looks and feels cheap. And, it IS cheap, compared with the price of some others. But I guess you get what you pay for.
